Photo Studio FAQ

Every booking includes full access to the entire 3,000 sq ft private space, all 8 sets in total (including the 25×20 ft cyclorama wall and both arch areas), professional lighting (Godox AD400 Pro II, GVM Spotlights and GVM LED panels), a hair & makeup station, a changing room, props, Bluetooth speakers, Wi-Fi, refrigerator, microwave and free parking. Standard extras are the podcast kit ($40), paper backdrops ($15), fresh white cyc repaint ($75), and custom cyc painting ($1,000 plus paint cost).

Yes to both. The studio has a 25×20 ft seamless white cyclorama wall as well as an included hanging green cloth backdrop for chroma-key shoots. Custom cyc painting is separate: $1,000 plus paint cost.

The rental includes 15 people for photo and video productions; larger production groups may incur additional fees. Events have a maximum of 100 people, and parties are not allowed. The space is 3,000 sq ft with free on-site parking.

Yes. The podcast setup with professional microphones, headsets, an audio interface and an amplifier is a $40 add-on to the studio rental. We also offer full podcast production services if you need a crew.

Yes. We have photographers in-house, so you can rent the space and shoot it yourself, or book a photoshoot and we shoot it for you. Packages start at $350 for a 30-minute headshot session and run to $1,250 for a four-hour content day, with lighting, direction and edited photos included. Videographers and full production crews are available too, and you are always welcome to bring your own team.

Yes — CC Studios was built with content creators and influencers in mind. The studio features Instagrammable sets, reels-ready backdrops, a lifestyle bedroom set, arch wall, cyclorama wall and rotating styled props. You get the entire 3,000 sq ft space privately, with no other clients sharing it — full creative freedom for photos, reels, TikToks, YouTube content and brand campaigns.

Yes. CC Studios is available for brand launches, workshops and corporate gatherings, with a maximum of 100 people. Parties are not allowed. Clients arrange their own refreshments and catering. Champagne is the only permitted alcohol. Event rates start at $725 for the first 4 hours.

Yes, corporate headshots are one of our most booked sessions. Teams come in for a headshot day and we shoot everyone against a consistent backdrop with the same lighting, so the whole roster matches. You get flattering lighting, neutral and cyclorama backdrops, a glam station and edited files. Yes. The studio is private and climate controlled, which makes it a calm, safe space for newborns, and there is a private changing area, a glam station, a refrigerator and two bathrooms on site. Maternity sessions work well on the cyclorama for a clean artistic look or on the natural-light sets for something softer. The Essential package ($500, 1 hour, 30 edited photos) is the usual pick for maternity and newborn.

Yes. Quinceanera and Sweet 16 sessions are a regular booking here. If you need to change your booking date or time, just contact us and we'll reschedule your session at no charge — changes must be made at least 72 hours before your session because short notice makes the slot difficult to refill.
